The barn is in the grounds of the owners home, but offers good-sized accommodation within its own grounds. It is located within walking distance of the local pub, The Bear Inn, which is renowned locally for its excellent food.
The detached barn conversion is located in the heart of Derbyshire, on the eastern edge of the Peak National Park, within easy reach of Matlock, Derby and Ashbourne. Situated across from the barn is a 650-acre wood offering plenty of walks. A short drive will take you to nearby Chatsworth House, Carsington Water or Dovedale where there are opportunities for walking around the spectacular Derbyshire countryside. Even closer is Matlock Bath, which has amenities such as Masson Mill Shopping Centre and the annual illuminations.
